Shipping & delivery
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery then takes an estimated 6 to 12 business days, so about 9 to 17 business days in total. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Returns & refunds
You have 15 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and returns need to be approved before you send anything back. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping and refund you in full. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
